The first picture looks like a full-modded glitched Skyrim so you can never be sure that there is a giant riding that dragon.
When I first saw an article like that, I was not expecting that the giant’s dragon-flying skill is a usual phenomenon. If you check these latest screenshots, it looks like giants have finally learnt to fly on dragons in Skyrim.
